A wooden flute. A dhime. A Instrument.
Lessons from my father and grandfather, learned by ear during Newa festivals and Jatra.
I didn't knew where music would take me. I just wanted to play.
2013–2015 — Learning
Listening. Practicing. Mistakes.
I played again listening it getting played in JATRAS. Slowly, music became more than sound.
It became part of who I was.
2016 — Finding Others
Different instruments. Different voices.
I discovered ragas, classical music, and new musicians. Music became bigger when it was shared.
One rhythm.
2017 — Finding My Voice
What can tradition become?
I started asking questions. What can tradition become? What else can music say?
And somewhere between performing and teaching, I began finding my own sound.
2020 — Becoming a Teacher(GURU)
Love from Students and Community.
Music lessons made me recognizd by Munipal Governments and Community all over the Valley.
Tradition was no longer a boundary. It became a beginning.
2021 — Influencing By Music In Nepal
Awards and Recognition
Music awards by Munipal governments and Group recognition help me reach a wider audience and influence Society through music.
The music was growing. And so was name : Sahil Dware.
2022-2023 — Becoming More
Music Arranger & Collaborator.
The Biggest collaboration with well-known Artist in nepal @BARTIKAEAMRAI was my turning point. Got National & International Stages for my talent

My first Composition & Arrangement, Performance
JAZZ & Contemporary opened a new chapter. MASHYUU PAHA brought traditional Newa ideas into Sahil's contemporary sound. That same year, where i found my voice.
The Composer Sahil was beginning to move.

ITYADI TOUR -BARTIKA EAM RAI became my first International tour, A tour I’ve dreamed of as a musician for years.
